Fluval was established in 1969, and currently employs over 125 people with an approximate turnover of USD 33 million.

A complete range of steel valves mainly for the chemical and petrochemical industries are available, but these are also suitable for use in mining, gas treatment and distribution. Additional there is a complete line of cast and nodular iron valves for the water industry, a line of bronze valves for industrial and domestic applications, and other special valves for different purposes, all to the various international standards.
The Quality Control at Fluval is fully certified to ISO-9000 CE Certification, and is operated in all aspects of the company.
Fluval's Quality assurance is outlined in an internal manual, which fully reflects the requirements of ISO-9000. This Quality Assurance Manual is available for examination on request. |

Fluval has a clear QA policy aimed at satisfying the requirements of its customers. This policy is supported by a QA system to avoid non-conforming products at all the stages, from the design through to the end of the product.
A small strong team work, along with the expanding use of CNC and automation through robotic technology, to expand the range of products and improve the current. This is aided by the feedback that is encouraged from all personnel at Fluval.
The protection of the environment is an important issue for the management at Fluval, and all the factories have to comply fully with strict regulations. Not only those of Spanish Law, but also those under the EEC regulations. With environmental issues becoming increasingly important, the Fluval group works hard to ensure it is not a source of any toxic pollutants.
