| Corrosion Resistant Alloy (CRA) Welding Overlays |
| FLUVAL has a wide experience in the design and manufacturing of Ball valves for Sour Service ,highly corrosive services or severe enviroments, and has become a specialist on this field. Valves are manufactured in Carbon Steel and Low Temperature Carbon Steel bodies with appropiate corrosion allowances and/or overlays, Stainless Steel, Duplex and High Nicked Alloy, such as Alloy 625 or 825 with the suitable seat and seals selection. We also manufacture integral Stainless Steel, Duplex and High Nickel Alloys Valves for smaller sizes or according customer requirements. |

| For such services where Corrosion-resistant alloys are required, FLUVAL offers a full set of possibilities from Cladded materials in special alloys like the usual Inconel 625 or Integral valve manufactured in these types of materials. Commonly used materials are Inconel 625, Inconel 825 , 6Mo (N08926). |

Overlay has been proved as a competitive option. By means of welding overlay, we can provide fully cladded valves with overlay over all wetted parts of the valve, or just localised on dynamic sealing areas (seat pocket and stem seal area) depending on customer requirements.
The welding overlay is a key process which, according to our experience, it is strongly recommendable to be performed and controlled in-house in order to provide the most advanced quality product within the required timeframes. For this purpose, we perform this process in-house by means of four state of the art welding machines to weld Corrosion Resistand Alloys, and our highly skilled an experienced welding team. All the process is carried out according the stablished procedures, monitoring and supervising strictly the key parameters through the process, in order to ensure the quality and reliability of the welding. Prior, during and after welding we perform all the subsuquent test and quality checks in order to ensure the good quality of the overlayed valves.
